MMC is finally over, and so is the cosplay year 2011 (at least for me).

This year was full of surprises, weird happenings and changes - most of them in a good way. I got to know many new people, and my cosplay list for 2012 is bigger than ever before. But now it just feels good to put that hobby into my closet and just enjoy the end of the year as a 'normal' person ;D

The moment you read this you will find the first few pictures from my Kefka cosplay in the gallery. I'm still not a 100% satisfied with the result, but that's as good as it will get. I knew from the beginning that this would not be a character perfectly suited for my looks, but I just had to step out of this stereotypical 'dark / cool character' world for a while and just go COME AT ME COLORS! Besides, because of all the small pieces I could do a whole lot more sewing on this cosplay myself and had a chance to improve in that aspect. Still I took to much time in the process and had to get some help from others again. Mostly , who not only helped me e.g. with the tunic but also let me use her sewing machine and put the makeup on. Thanks, you made this possible in the first place.

As for the hint I gave you last time, I'm pretty sure by now that I will be doing this cosplay at Leipzig Book Fair next year. So no more reason for being secretive anymore





Shape-wise my looks should be okay for him. The makeup to get all these details and make myself a whole lot older will be quite a challenge though.

And while I will still cosplay Persona on the other day, it's not Izanagi anymore. Some of my friends who will cosplay Catherine and Elizabeth were desperately searching for a Theodore, and since Adam Jensen will take all of my time and effort (and beard-growing abilities ), I thought I might aswell join them with that more simple cosplay.
